Rebill / Subscription Payments

If you choose one of the buying options with online video access you are signing up for a subscription which is set to auto-renew. If you just want the initial online video access, but don't want to re-billed for additional time, be sure to cancel your subscription in your profile before the initial subscription runs out.

Returns / Exchanges

If your DVD is damaged in shipping we will replace it at no cost to you.  You must notify us through email within 7 days of receiving the DVD of any damage and we will mail you a replacement.
