RE: Can't play Home PC Builder PC, because of playback and sound issues

The DVD will play in any home DVD player. If you're trying to play the DVD on your computer and you don't have a working DVD player software you can get one for free. Do a google search for VLC and download the VLC player. The GOM player will work as well. Google search for GOM and you'll find it. If you have trouble getting the DVD to work on your computer please email us at help@homepcbuilder.com - Admin2

Dear Sirs,
I received the Home PC Builder PC in the mail. I cannot successfully
configure my system so that the sound works with the DVD and the DVD plays
back the CD. I need a tutorial guide to get past this step.

Yes currently all the videos on the site are on the DVD. We are going to add additional videos that will be on the site only at least until the 2009 DVD is ready. We are planning on the 2009 Home PC Builder DVD to be released in Oct. or Nov. - Admin2

Your video lessons were a great help in buildong my home theater pc. I do not plan on building another pc any tme soon, so I would like to stop the automatic renewal of my membership and the corresponding charge to my credit card. I did not realize that my membership would be automatically renewed, and could not find any option to stop the renewal on your site. Thanks, Gary Lavin - Gary Lavin
